Water Fun

I am getting real creative here in OK with "things to do." It's too hot to go the pool most days and Claire still wants to be outside all the time. I brought some bath stuff, plastic bowls and water outside and wah laa instant fun. We went out on the patio and played with water.

"Lacey! Get out of my chair!"

The Dogs have never paid attention to Claire's chair until we moved here. All of a sudden they think it is their dog bed. Lacey was lounging and Claire tried to get her out. It was pretty funny. Not much else is going on here. It is soo hot. I think my car said it was 113 today. But the forcasters only said 106. It feels just like an oven.

Wheelbarrow Fun!

This past weekend we went to Dallas for a family reunion. It was fun to visit with Nate's family and even meet a few cousins I hadn't met in 4 yrs of being married. There was an old wheelbarrow that Nate thought Claire would like to ride in. I guess when he was growing up his grandpa would push him around the yard in the wheelbarrow. Claire might have been a bit young but she seemed to enjoy the ride.
