Claire End of the School Year

School is out for the summer!!! Yeah! It is near impossible to take all three kids for drop off and pick up. Thank God for my friend Meredith who helped me a lot with that after Grant was born. Claire already misses school. It was a great year and she had a great group of kids in her class. We are really going to miss Old Fort. There is always an end of the year program and last year she didn't make it through the first song before she lost it. This year she went in saying she was going to cry, she remembered. Although she loves music and will sing the whole program to me multiple times a day...something about the stage... She was brave for three or four songs and then she just started bawling. It was like she bit her tongue or something because it came out of nowhere! She later told us her band aid got stuck on her pants???? Her teacher got her down and she instructed her class from her teachers lap the rest of the program. The video is shaky because Jacob was using me as a jungle gym. Dad was up in the balcony videoing.

Firetruck Playdate

Our mops group brought in a firetruck for one of our playdates. It was extremley hot but Jacob though it was pretty cool. He wouldn't get too far from me and wouldn't go sit in the firetruck like Claire would. But he did enjoy seeing it and pointing and saying FIRE TRUCK!

Visit from Friends!!!

My great friend Gina came to visit us last weekend and we had such a great time catching up. Luke and Claire grew up together when we lived across the street from each other at Scott AFB. Gina and I used to walk every morning and we really miss being close to each other. We pretty much just hung out here and let our kids play. Since Scott AFB we have added 3 kids between the two of us. Elli is almost one. She was so cute and full of joy! Thanks for making the drive G :)

Grant 2 months

Grant had his 2 month checkup a few weeks ago...Gosh he is almost 3 months now! He had a good checkup and got a round of shots. He was VERY fussy after his shots but after the day was over he was back to his happy self. Doctor says everything looks good. He weighed 10 pounds (20%) and was 22 1/2 inches (50%) he is such a little peanut! I love it :) Jacob was there to help and steal Grants paci whenever I wasn't looking. He sure does keep me on my toes!

Auntie Em

Auntie Em came to visit and the kids had a great time playing with her! We enjoyed having her one more time in Charleston before we move.
